  • Is there a set-up fee?
    NO, if you subscribe for a year or more. If less, it’s a one-off fee of £200 that covers branding the app as well as the web-app.
  • Does the subscription include both the mobile app and the website?
    ABSOLUTELY and all for one small monthly subscription! We’re awesome, we know ;)
  • Can I cancel my subscription?
    Yes. You can get in touch with us anytime when you don’t want to renew your subscription and we’re happy to assist you with this.
  • Does it support different languages?
    Yes. We currently support Arabic and English, with Turkish and more new languages coming soon.
  • Do I need to pay for hosting my app?
    NO! AppCrafter takes care of all the costs of hosting and any other technical cost. The subscription you pay covers everything.
  • Do I need to submit the apps to the app stores?
    NO. Our team of experts will handle everything on your behalf. All you need to do is send us your products, sit back, relax and enjoy watching your app being quickly built and published.
  • Is the web-app a mobile app or a website?
    It is both, it feels and operates like an app but it does not require download.
  • Where can I use the web-app?
    Anywhere that supports hyperlinks: swipe up for Snapchat, Instagram ad links, as a link in tweets, in all social media bios or in Google Maps. You can also embed the link in QR codes for dine-in table service, pick-up orders and on your receipts and packaging for delivery
  • Can you integrate with my cashier system?
    Yes, as long as the cashier system allows integrations.
  • Do you support card payments?
    Yes. If in the UK, we only support Stripe. If outside of the UK, we can integrate with your chosen payment gateway provider.
  • What order types do you support?
    Dine-in, pick-up and delivery.
  • Can customers collect loyalty points?
    Yes. We can integrate with your loyalty provider, as long as they allow integrations.
  • Is the mobile app native or web-based?
    All of our apps are native for both iOS and Android and they are super lightweight.
  • Can I run promotions for my customers?
    Of course, you can! Everyone loves grabbing a good offer :)
  • Can I switch to the annual plan at any time if I’m on monthly?
    Yes. However, to have the £200 set-up fee refunded, you should have been a monthly customer for at least 10 months. Anything less than 10 months, the £200 will not be credited to your account, but you can still enjoy the discounts and benefits our annual subscription offers.
